Amberly Johnson
Customer Experience Project Manager
Amberly is Landmark's Customer Experience Project Manager and was Landmark's founding Pharmacist-In-Charge when we opened our doors in 2011. Amberly received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma. After becoming a Registered Pharmacist, Amberly gained management experience in policies and procedures, clinical patient communication, and pharmacy workflow in home infusion pharmacies. Amberly has remained flexible and willing to help the team in any capacity.

Amy Gustafson
Pharmacy Manager
Amy Gustafson joined Landmark in 2025 as our Pharmacy Manager. Amy provides value and hands-on management to our Infusion Pharmacy team. Her undergraduate degree was in Chemistry and Spanish before she received her Pharm D. from the University of Nebraska. Amy came to Landmark as a highly skilled pharmacist with a wealth of knowledge and ample experience in infusion pharmacy. Prior to Landmark, Amy worked in multiple areas including intake, clean room, compliance, and clinical management.

DeTonya Tulsie
Director of Nursing
DeTonya came to Landmark in 2025 as our Director of Nursing. DeTonya received her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2004, her BSN from Texas A&M in 2006, and Master of Science in Nursing – Education from the University of Phoenix in 2007, and her Master of Science in Nursing – Anesthesia from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2010. DeTonya has also been working as a Registered Nurse with the US Army Reserves since 2009. DeTonya worked in various clinical management roles before joining Landmark in 2025 to lead our nursing department.

Jeanie Johnson
Purchasing and Inventory Manager
Jeanie has been with Landmark since 2016 and manages all Pharmacy purchasing, inventory, assets and processes. Jeanie earned her Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from Clarkson College in Omaha, her IV certification in 2002, and her Texas Pharmacy Technician license in 2004. Jeanie began working as a Pharmacy Technician in Nebraska before moving to Texas. When Jeanie came to Landmark, she joined as our Purchasing Specialist and Pharmacy Technician before receiving a promotion to a Purchasing and Inventory Manager.

Julie Davis
Vice President of Operations
Julie has been with Landmark since 2007 and leads Landmark’s front-line Operations Department personnel and supervisors. Julie studied Biology at Southwest Texas State University. She began her healthcare career holding positions in billing, collections, and information services. After beginning working at Landmark in 2007 as a Quality Control Specialist, she was soon promoted to QC Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2024.

Lacey Karlik
Director of Intake
Lacey has been with Landmark since 2008 and is our Director of Intake. Lacey earned her Associates of Applied Science Degree from Texas Wesleyan University and then earned her Medical Assistant license. Lacey gained experience working in the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) field in billing, collections, and benefits roles before joining Landmark as a Customer Service Representative. Lacey was then promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and Intake Benefits Manager before earning her promotion to Director of Intake in July 2025.

Lilia Luss
Compliance Officer
Lilia has been with the Landmark since 2015. Lilia received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the Chemical Pharmacological Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1983. She became a licensed Pharmacist in Texas in 2007, earning her IV certification in 2014. Lilia began working as a Staff Pharmacist in Russia before moving to Dallas where she gained experience as a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacist-In-Charge before coming to Landmark in 2015 as a Clinical Pharmacist then subsequently being promoted to Pharmacist-In-Charge and then Compliance Officer.

McKynna Cocanougher
Director of HR & Communication
McKynna has been with Landmark since 2019. In 2017, she received her Bachelor of Behavioral Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Hardin-Simmons University. During college, she was awarded Miss Abilene 2015 and was a semi-finalist for Miss Texas USA in 2016. Following college, McKynna gained experience in marketing and recruiting roles while also working as a Dallas Stars Ice Girl. She joined Landmark in 2019 as the HR & Communication Specialist before being promoted to a Manager, Senior Manager, then the Director of HR & Communication in 2025.

Michael Everage
Managing Director
Michael joined Landmark in 2004 and is currently its Managing Director. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Finance. Prior to Landmark, Michael worked as an Accountant, Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst, Private Equity Associate, VP of Corporate Development, and Venture Partner. Michael has also served as Chief Financial Officer and President of Landmark prior to his current role.

Philly Un
Director of Nutrition Support
Philly is the Director of Nutrition Support and has been with Landmark since 2019. Philly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Houston, her Master of Science in Nutrition form Texas Woman's University, and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Touro University in California. After receiving her Pharmacist license, Philly worked in Clinical Pharmacist roles before joining Landmark as a Staff Pharmacist focused on our TPN Patients before being promoted to Nutrition Support Pharmacy Manager and now the Director of Nutrition Support.

Ron Majerus
Chief Executive Officer
Ron founded Landmark in 1999 and is currently the CEO. Ron graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Finance. Prior to Landmark, Ron was a founder and CFO of GTW Construction. Ron left GTW in 1998, founding Landmark in 1999 on the belief that a high touch Homecare service model, combined with best of class systems, would earn the trust of patients and referral sources across North Texas.

Ryan Foster
Senior VP of Sales & Business Development
Ryan Foster joined Landmark in 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Ryan graduated from University of Texas at Tyler in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science in History. After graduating college, Ryan began his career in teaching and coaching before deciding to enter the healthcare sales industry and led and grew sales teams. Ryan came to Landmark in 2022 interested in building and developing the sales team and ultimately growing the Company.

Tom Vickers
Pharmacist-in-Charge
Tom was promoted to Pharmacist-In-Charge in June 2025. As the PIC, Tom holds authority over all areas of the pharmacy. Tom attended Texas A&M Commerce for his undergraduate degree in Pre-Pharmacy before attending Texas Tech School of Pharmacy where he earned his PharmD. After becoming a Pharmacist, he worked in long-term care and home infusion compounding pharmacy settings before joining Landmark as a Clinical Pharmacist in 2019. Tom focuses on our Intake processes as well as compliance and personnel management.

Whitney Inman
Director of Accounting
Whitney has been with Landmark since 2007. Whitney received her Associates of Arts degree from Tarrant County College in 2002, and in 2008 received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, with a minor in English, from Ashford University in Iowa. Whitney then began working for Landmark in as an Accounts Receivable Posting Specialist, in 2007, subsequently, being promoted to Inventory and Purchasing Supervisor, Inventory and Purchasing Manager, Accounting Manager, and the Director of Accounting.
