If circumstances arise that service cannot be accomplished during normal hours of operation, we will always be available to solve problems or make “immediate need” deliveries after hours. If you need to reach us after hours, call (877) 693-0007 and inform the answering service that you have an “urgent service need” situation and they will notify the on-call technician immediately.

Adverse Weather Conditions and Man-Made or Natural Disasters:
Landmark Healthcare is prepared to continue operations during thunderstorms, floods, and ice storms, etc. Obviously, our performance may be affected by traffic conditions or other storm related issues. If you are scheduled for a delivery or follow-up visit, we will attempt to call you by phone to update you on our ability to physically reach your residence.
If you cannot contact Landmark, or we cannot contact you:
You should stay in your home as long as it is safe to do so. Listen to the emergency broadcast radio stations:
WBAP 820AM, KRLD 1080AM, KSCS 96.3FM
We will announce updates to our customers and employees via these stations if normal communication fails.
If your Landmark equipment uses electricity and you lose power:
Switch over to your back-up system, as necessary, and calculate how much time your back-up system will last. Consider taking your medical equipment and necessary supplies to the nearest emergency shelter which has a power generator. As soon as you can, call Landmark Healthcare and tell us your new location's address and phone number.
As the situation warrants, we will continue with attempts to contact you and/or drive to your location whenever possible. As soon as Landmark Healthcare can safely and legally respond, we will take care of your needs.
